• One additional preventative hygiene visit for a total of three, featuring GBT by EMS Airflow technology
• One annual professional in-office Zoom™ whitening treatment
• Member savings of 15% on restorative treatment
• Member savings of 5% on Invisalign™, implants and cosmetic dentistry
• Preferred pricing of $1 off per unit of Botox treatments during Botox quarterly specials
