Katie earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Carrington College in Boise, completing their accelerated program in 2022. She was drawn to dental hygiene for its personal and lasting connections with patients. She loves the opportunity to see familiar faces, provide consistent care, and help people feel confident in their smiles.

Prior to pursuing her hygiene degree, Katie received associate degrees in Arts and Humanities and in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Chaffey College in Southern California, where she grew up. Her early studies reflect her curiosity about people and communication—interests that naturally led her toward a career in healthcare.

After moving to Reno, Katie quickly fell in love with the Biggest Little City and everything it has to offer. Whether it’s exploring local events and festivals or heading outdoors, she’s always up for an adventure. When she’s not caring for patients, you can find her hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, or skiing—pretty much anywhere there’s sunshine and fresh air!
